Botts is a senior sales and marketing executive with extensive expertise
in e-commerce, revenue management and technology across the airline, hotel
and online intermediary industries. He has over 15 years of experience in
the travel industry and was most recently Vice President - Global Travel Industry
Sales and Strategy with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. In this role,
Tom led and motivated an intermediary sales and marketing strategy team responsible
for $2B in revenue generation across multiple channels including online, Global
Distribution Systems (GDS) and wholesale relationships. Prior to joining Starwood,
Tom was responsible for the air product at Hotwire.com, now a subsidiary of
Expedia, Inc. Tom began his career with Delta Air Lines where he held roles
of increasing responsibility in Customer Service, Technology, Revenue Management
and e Commerce. Regarded throughout the industry as visionary leader, Tom
is currently providing strategic consulting throughout the United States and
Canada. Tom holds a BS in Logistics and Marketing from the University of Missouri.
Libbie Rice is a senior executive with extensive expertise
in Revenue Management and Customer Relationship Marketing across the airline
and hospitality industries. She has over 15 years of experience and was most
recently Vice President – CRM Planning and Development with Starwood
Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. In this role, she drove the development and
implementation of industry leading CRM tools to customize the guest experience
and drive brand loyalty. Prior to this position, Libbie drove business requirements
for an industry-leading new central reservation system and defined the future
vision for Starwood’s enterprise revenue management systems. Before
joining Starwood, she led the transatlantic and alliance revenue management
team for Delta Air Lines. Libbie began her career with American Airlines and
Sabre where she held roles of increasing responsibility in Revenue Management,
Process Re-engineering and Alliance Marketing. Libbie’s broad experiences
across the travel industry have made her an expert in integrating organizations,
processes and technology. She holds an undergraduate degree from U.C. Berkeley
and a MBA from Cornell University.
Deborah Stone is a senior executive with over 10 years
of experience in the travel industry. Deborah's experience includes leadership
roles in Revenue Management, Pricing, Distribution Strategy and Product Management
with both airlines and online travel agencies. Most recently, the Vice President
of Revenue Management and Pricing at Spirit Airlines, Deborah was responsible
for leading a team in developing new Revenue Management and Pricing techniques
to meet the changing dynamics of the travel industry. Prior to joining Spirit,
Deborah was instrumental in the creation and management of the air product
at Hotwire.com. Deborah began her career at Continental Airlines where she
had roles in Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis and Pricing. Deborah is
currently providing strategic consulting services to both domestic and international
travel companies. Deborah holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and
a BS degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.
